Implantable Contraception and IUD's are the most effective form of reversible Birth Control.  In some cases even better than Sterilization which is irreversible.
Insomnia is a medical problem that effects a multitude of people all over the world.  Many of my patients have come to me and asked "How do I deal with this"?  There are two methods of treatment, the first is medication.  But what is usually over looked by many physician is that of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  CBT is best administered by a psychologist.  But I hope to share with the reader/YouTube viewer what CBT consists of and the various techniques used to combat insomnia.
